With a PADI Divemaster Diploma you will join an elite band of diving professionals. The additional Go Pro benefits of 5 speciality courses give you the award of PADI Master Scuba Diver, workshops and seminars and work experience, broaden your knowledge and help you gain additional qualifications, which is without doubt what prospective employers are looking for. Both the Zero to Hero and Go Pro courses give you the qualification and the experience to find seasonal or full time work in the Scuba Diving industry.

Course outline

Full ‘Hands On’ Course 99 days and nights – (Approx schedule).

Day 1 Arrival and registration
Day 2 Getting to know Rhodes and the Diving School Centres and dive sites. Issue of all PADI course materials up to Rescue Diver level. Review of course materials and private study time
Day 3 & 4 Scuba Diver Course
Day 5 & 6 Continue on to Open Water Course and Exam. Qualify as PADI OW Diver.
Day 7 Day off & private study time
Day 8 - 13 Dive boat operations and roles, work experience on all aspects of novice diver preparation, plus 4 x Experience Dives as qualified divers. Advanced Open Water training and dives 1, 2 & 3
Day 14 Day off & private study time
Days 15 – 20 Practical dive boat operations, hands-on experience plus 4 experience dives, and final 2 AOW training dives. Qualify as Advanced Open Water Diver
Day 21 Day off & private study time
Days 22 - 27 In water training as part of a dive team looking after the safety of novice divers. 6 x dives as AOW diver as a dive buddy for our qualified divers. Observe Divemasters at work. Compressor operation and the basics of high pressure life support systems, tank filling and safety.
Day 28 Day off & private study time
Days 29 – 34 Emergency First Response Course. 8 dives as AOW diver. Day one and two of Rescue Diver Course. Qualify as an Emergency First Responder.
Day 35 Day off & private study time
Days 36 – 41 Day 3 and 4 of rescue diver course. 2 dives at our other dive sites in the south of the island. Continued water work experience with dive groups. Qualify as PADI Rescue Diver.
Day 42 Day off & private study time
Days 43 - 64 This period helps you gain confidence in the water and dealing with all aspects of dive school operation and customer service, 3 weeks work experience to improve snorkeling skills, rescue techniques, water skills and diving. This includes a minimum of 10 dives at Kalithea, Kolymbia and Lindos and Plimiri, to give more experience and variety, with wall dives, deep dives, night dives, cavern experience dives, wreck dives, drift dives, small boat dives and shore dives making sure you will reach your required 60 logged dives by the end of the course. You will also complete 5 very useful specialty courses in this period earning you the additional qualification of PADI Master Scuba Diver!
Days 78 - 98 Complete your Intensive PADI Divemaster course. Qualify as PADI Divemaster.
Day 99 Big celebration!
